The following information will help you navigate easily through the site by following the steps listed below. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the customer service or the "Contact" tab just above.


Choose the type of product : 
To choose the type of product you want, just browse through the two menus at the top and left of our site. You have the choice between "Tubular Fittings", "Round Tubes", "Contact".


Choose your model : 
When you have chosen a product category, you will have in grid form the different products available. We offer for each product its version :
- Best price.
- Brand Interclamp.
- Brand Tubeclamps.


Customize the product  : 
All our fittings are customizable at will, the goal being to obtain the product that adapts to your requirements. To do this, simply click on the "With powder coating" button and enter the RAL color code. 


See the basket  : 
Your product will be automatically added to the cart, top right. You can choose to continue shopping, or simply go to the checkout process by clicking on GO TO CHECKOUT.


Go through the order process  : 
In your cart, you can change your choice or start the payment process by clicking on GO TO CHECKOUT.


Log in  : 
If you already have an account with us, just click "sign In" on the top right. Otherwise enter your informations.


Create an account  : 
Fill in the different fields to create your profile.
- If you are a company domiciled in France, remember to fill in your VAT number (price displayed in HT on the site, billing in TTC). Delete the country code FR and enter only the numbers (eg FR123456789 becomes 123456789).
- If you are a company domiciled outside France, please fill in your VAT number (purchase invoiced in HT directly online). Delete the BE country code and enter only the numbers (eg BE123456789 becomes 123456789).


Choose your payment method  : 
All you have to do is choose the method of payment.
- Payment by Paypal allows you to pay: either without Paypal account with its blue card type (Mastercard, Visa..etc) or with a Paypal account.


Place order  : 
After choosing your payment method, you can click on "Place order". This will redirect you to our payment provider page to pay the order.
