What should I do before accepting delivery ?

In order to avoid bad surprises after opening your boxes, we encourage you to following some basic checking when accepting the delivery.

Before accepting packages :

- Check IN FRONT of the CARRIER, the good condition of the package and the exact number of packages.
- In case of damaged parcels (bends, shocks), SIGN ON SPECIFIC CONTROL RESERVE, indicating the problem encountered on the delivery note (eg "I make a reservation for packaging in poor condition, folded, damaged ...") .
- In any case, ACCEPT THE MERCHANDISE.
- If the interior of the package is damaged, thank you to REPORT THE PROBLEM WITHIN 3 DAYS FOLLOWING THE RECEPTION.
