Can i return my order ?

Conditions for returning a product: you have 14 days to return one or more articles to us depending on the type of problem encountered. Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and can therefore not be returned (tubes, zinced clamps, powder-coating clamps & tubes, spanners). We have divided the procedures into 3 possibilities.

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE, NON-COMPLIANT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT :
You have received and opened the packages. If the products need to be returned to us for defect or non-conformity, they must be the subject of a return request to our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any complaint made after this deadline cannot be accepted. The products must be returned in new condition (not used) and in their original packaging. Otherwise, all costs of repairing the product will be the responsibility of the buyer.
STEPS TO FOLLOW : To return damaged products.
- Take a photo: position the products on the ground and take a photo of the problem.
- Send an email: with the photo and the mention "Products damaged in the order" as well as the order number.
Customer service does not need to see the damaged product:
- Product exchange: after validation from our customer service, we will return the new product.
Customer service needs to see the damaged product:
- Print your slip: after receiving our confirmation email, print the return slip received.
- Return of goods: send your package as indicated here "Return order".
- Product exchange: after validation from our customer service, we will return the new product.

EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT :
If the products need to be returned to us for an exchange, they must be the subject of a return request to our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any complaint made after this deadline cannot be accepted. The products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, all costs of repairing the product will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-personalized items : RETURN AUTHORIZED
- JM fitting.
- JM-BOX box (return complete).
- Accessory.

Personalized items : RETURN NOT AUTHORIZED
- Tube.
- Spanners.
- Interclamp connection.
- Powder coated product.

STEPS TO FOLLOW: To return non-personalized products.
- Send an email with the mention "Order exchange request" and the order number.
- Print your slip after receiving our confirmation email, print the return slip received and send your package as indicated here "Return order".
- Return of goods after receipt and verification of your package, we will return the new order


REIMBURSEMENT OF A PRODUCT:
If the products need to be returned to us for a refund, they must be the subject of a return request to our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any complaint made after this deadline cannot be accepted. The products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, all costs of repairing the product will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-personalized items : RETURN AUTHORIZED
